The iPad is not a professional camcorder but for amatuer (or school) video it can be a great way to have a multicamera shoot with wireless cameras. I found the iPad had a short delay, and lost video signal from time to time, but it worked great to have wireless cameras available. (I taped an iPad behind 2 basketball hoops in a high school basketball game.) The iPad's aren't perfect they do provide access to wireless cameras. I did a 3 camera shoot of a high school basketball game with a 5 minute set up and strike. This set up has a lot of potential.
