I'm doing the GYMSHARK66 challenge to help me be consistent with my food and exercise. The hardest thing for me has always been my nutrition. I eat when I'm hungry, or tired, or happy, or stressed, at any time of day and in large portions! I believe I have over eaten by 50-1000 calories every day for the last year! I have gradually gained weight, almost without realising. The main side effect for me has been lack of confidence which has affected my work, social and personal life and has then greatly affected my emotional and mental wellbeing. Losing weight and having abs won't make me happy, but having self confidence will make me feel less socially awkward with my friends, family, clients and partner.
My Channel is both my weight loss journey and my daily life and travels! I am a full time Personal Trainer living in London and I'm trying to fit in my workouts, food prepping and social life into my hectic schedule whilst also setting up my own business! My hobbies include movies with my boyfriend, makeup and beauty and looking after my skin!
