3 Day Fast: Results and Experience

I've just finished the multi-day fast I told you I was preparing for in this video: https://youtu.be/9lqYZfH6R4E (watch that first) This is the results and experience of the extended fast. I checked in a couple of times and then recap my outcomes at the end of the fast. I went for around 68 hours, just under 3 days of no food, 2 days of no caffeine, which is much harder for me! I've got some amazing outcomes in term of clarity of thoughts, inspiration and desire to move things forward. Really creative, fired up and inspired.
