Export product info into various file formats for editing, uploading, or filing. (text of video below) http://www.sellercloud.com http://wiki.sellercloud.com In this tutorial we'll look at Exporting Products. Exporting is typically done either to create a hard copy of product information, to upload them onto various channels, or to edit products in bulk. Once you have the exported file, you can edit the products values and import the file back into SellerCloud to update those items. Exporting products can be done from the manage inventory page by selecting products and clicking Export Products from the action menu. You can also simply click on the green export icon above the grid. On the following page, select an export format and click Export Products. The standard export format generates a file with basic product information, like the Cost and Price. To create a export with more fields or to export specific columns, select the products from the grid and use the Custom Export action on the action menu. On the following page, scroll through the Available Fields and select the ones you want to add to the export. Add or remove the fields with these buttons. Select an Export file format and click "Continue" to generate the export file. You can also save a set of columns as a template for the next time. After you've added the columns to the export, click "Save Export Fields" on the action menu. On this page, give the template a name and save it. Now you can repeat this custom export easily by selecting the saved template from this drop down menu. You can also generate an export that would contain missing product attributes that are necessary in order to post on the various channels. Select any number of products, and click Export Channel Missing Attributes from the action menu. On the following page, select a channel and click "Continue." Open the file and populate the blank fields with the correct information. Then save the file and update your items by importing it into SellerCloud on the Bulk Update products page. The standard file format in SellerCloud consists of column headers developed by SellerCloud. However, you may want a file that has different headers or a file that includes data not in the standard SellerCloud format. SellerCloud developers can create a plugin that will recognize and populate unique column headers. After the plugin is created, you can access the format by clicking Export Products on the action menu. Now open the Export Type dropdown, and select the custom format. Click Export products and a file with customized headers will be generated.

In order to make changes to Settings of Acrobat view, click on the "File" tab from the menu bar and from the drop down menu select the "Properties" option. Step # 2 -- Make changes to the Settings When you click on the "Properties" option, the "Document Properties" dialog box opens. Click on the "Initial View" tab and in the "Navigation Tab" change the option to "Bookmarks Panel and Page". The other change you can make is the magnification when you view PDF files, set it to "Fit Page" and click on the "OK" button. Save the document after you are done making the changes. The next time you will open the document you will see the Bookmarks panel and the magnification will be such that the document will automatically fit the page. Step # 3 -- Make changes to your settings In case you don't want the Bookmarks panel open and instead you want to see the thumbnails of the pages, this can be done through the "Pages" panel. Go to the "File" tab and select "Properties" option and from the dialog box change the settings of the "Navigation tab" to "Pages Panel and Page". Step # 4 -- View the new settings After you are done making the changes, save the document, close it and reopen it. You will see that the page panel will now be opened automatically and you can easily navigate through the document.

Adding Products with Bulk Update - SellerCloud - Catalog - 2.2
Learn how to add products to your catalog with a quick file upload. (text of video below) For more information, visit http://www.sellercloud.com or http://wiki.sellercloud.com In this tutorial, we'll look at creating multiple products using the Bulk Update Products feature. This feature can be used when creating new products or updating existing products. Locate the Bulk update feature under the Inventory tab. On this page you'll configure, create and submit a bulk update file containing product information. Click "Get Template file" and select a file format from this drop down. The file can be formatted as an Excel spreadsheet, tab delimited, or a CSV file. Now select column headers you want to include in the product creation, like Product Name, UPC, and so on. Select a column name, and click Add to List. Select another column name until you have all the properties you want to upload. When your list is complete, click Download Template. Open the template. The template will open with definitions of the column names and sample values in each column. Enter product values in their appropriate fields and save your template. Now we're back at the Bulk update template page. Select either UPC or Product ID as the product identifier in the "First Column Type" field. For new products click "Create Product if none exist." Choose the file template you created for the new products and select a file type. Finally, submit the template into the queue for processing and the products will be created in your catalog. You can view the results of your bulk update and track changes to existing products by clicking on the "View Bulk Update Log" tab. Search for the bulk update and view details of the upload including who uploaded and when, the column names that were updated, the original and new values, whether it was successfully uploaded, and error messages when the upload was unsuccessful. You can undo a file upload by clicking on the rollback file tab. This will revert your catalog back to what is was before the bulk upload

ArcMap 10: Open your GIS data in Google Earth by converting Layer to KML in ArcMap
This videos shows how to import the Bikeways shapefile from Vancouver Open Data in Google Earth. To do this, we imported the shapefile into ArcMap and converted it to KML using the Conversion Tool in the Toolbox. After that, we opened a Free version of Google Earth and drag & dropped the KML right in. I did this video to show you one way you can share your beautiful maps to the world without the need for ArcMap/ArcInfo to view. This is a great way to share maps or identified locations on a computer without ArcMap or a conference where they might have a designated computer only for presentations (as you know conferences are very critical about keeping time using pre-loaded presentations). How to Save as PDF in Photoshop
In this tutorial you will learn how to create a pdf file from a PSD file using Adobe Photoshop and how to configure the settings in save as option. Sometimes you need to open the PSD file in a format which is easily supported in all computers because photoshop format files cannot be opened in any other software. The best way is to create a pdf file which can be easily viewed in different computers. You can easily save as pdf in photoshop following only few steps. It's doesn't take lot of time to create a pdf in photoshop and becomes very handy as pdf file can easily be viewed on computers which doesn't have Photoshop software.In these few steps you will learn how to create a pdf file in Photoshop. Step 1 -- Save as your document For starters who are creating pdf in photoshop for first time, if you are working on a multi-layered document, you must flatten the image first. With that taken care of, move to the file menu and click on the "Save as" option. Once the new window opens up, move to the drop down menu next to the Format option and select the "Photoshp PDF" option. Now when you click on the save button. Step 2 -- Configure the file A new window will open up where we can configure the PDF file. In this window we will set the Adobe PDF Preset to "press quality" and the compatibility to "Acrobat 9/10" This is so that the file can open up even with older versions of Adobe Acrobat. Then we will come down to options and make sure all the four options are enabled. Step 3 -- Reduce the size of the file Next we will go to compression section from where we can reduce the size of the file. Over here, we will use the Bicubic Downsampling feature which is better than your basic average method of compression. The compression is a slower process but you will get better gradients and sharper colors. Next, we will change the compression option to "ZIP". This option works well with large images. Step 4 -- Preserve the color of the file Next, we will move to the "Output" section and set the "Color Conversion" option to "No conversion". This option basically preserves the color of the document. Next, we will move to the "Profile Inclusion Policy" option and select "Don't include profile" from the drop down menu. This is because we don't want a color profile to be added to the file. Step 5 -- Save the PDF file In the end, click on the "Save PDF" button. You will notice that a notification window is displayed. This is because we had enabled the "Preserve Photoshop editing capabilities" option right at the start and it's not supported by earlier versions. Simply click on Yes, and the pdf document will open up. And this is how you save as pdf in Photoshop.

Adding Products Through SellerCloud's Interface - SellerCloud - Catalog - 2.1
Learn how to create new products in your catalog using the SellerCloud interface. (text of video below) For more information, visit http://www.sellercloud.com or http://wiki.sellercloud.com SellerCloud offers a number of ways to add a product to your catalog. You can manually add products through the SellerCloud interface one by one - add products in bulk by uploading a file - or add products via sales channels. In this tutorial, we'll look at adding a new product using the SellerCloud interface. Click on the "Inventory" tab and click "Add new product." The following page initiates the product creation. Enter a product name and SKU. To get a computer-generated SKU, click on this button here. While computer generated SKU's are randomly generated, SellerCloud developers can configure your system to generate SKUs in a sequential order. Now select a product type from here. If you do not have the correct product type on the drop-down menu you will be able to create one on the following page. Now click "Add New Product." Here is the Product Summary page. Let's look at the Product Type field. During the initial configuration of your SellerCloud system, there will be only one product type named "Miscellaneous." To create more product types click the "Manage" link next to the Product Type field. A Product Type page will open where you can add a new product type that matches the specific listing requirements of the various channels. For example, if you are creating a T-Shirt, Amazon will categorize that as apparel, while eBay will categorize that as clothing. SellerCloud creates a overall category name to include within it the category names required by the sales channels. If your products are primarily under one Product Type, check the "Default Product Type" checkbox. Product Conditions can be selected here. The condition field contains the category name for a set of conditions that are specific to various channels. We'll explain this more in a moment. To create product conditions, open the settings tab and click on Product Conditions. Click "Add New Condition", then create a category name, and select appropriate conditions for the various channels. For example, the SellerCloud Condition named "New" can include in it a condition for Buy.com called "Brand New." All Product Attributes have a log history so you can track who changed an attribute and when. The log history will also show the product original and new values. To access a log history of an attribute, click on the plus sign next to the attribute. Now Let's look at uploading images. Upload Images by clicking the "View All" link in the image panel. Choose a file image from your hard drive and click the "Upload Images" button. The image will appear in a box with option to set it as the gallery image, the description image, or a supplemental image. If you have multiple supplemental images, select the order of appearance from the drop down here. When your image settings have been configured, click Update Images and the image will be uploaded to the product. From the action menu, you can duplicate, delete, or upload to eBay. Select the image on which you want to perform the action and click "Process." Another way to upload and manage product images is through ImageBridge, a SellerCloud desktop application. To learn more about ImageBridge's drag and drop capabilities, go to wiki.sellercloud.com/imagebridge. Other fields to be entered include pricing, product and shipping weight, a short product description which displays on a landing page, a long product description which displays on a item specific page, the UPC code of the product, and Country of Origin. Click "Save Product" and the product will be updated in your catalog.
