Классический рецепт, конечно же, хранится в строжайшей тайне, говорят, что знают о нём всего лишь два человека. Готовят Бехеровку из множества видов трав и специй. Примерно три четверти из них привозятся из-за границы, некоторые растения собираются исключительно в районе Карловых Вар. Травы должны быть взяты в определенных пропорциях, получившуюся ароматную смесь засыпают в мешки, погружают в специальные емкости со спиртом, и оставляют так на неделю. Кстати, спирт получают на основе воды из тех самых целебных источников, поэтому чудо-ликер не чешского производства популярности не получил. После этого получившийся экстракт переливают в дубовые бочки, перемешивают с водой и натуральным сахаром. Эликсир настаивается в бочках в течение двух трёх месяцев, а перед разливом по бутылкам напиток обязательно тщательно перемешивается. Давайте и мы с вами попробуем что из этого может получиться. Возьмём: 1. 1 л 50-ти градусного раствора спирта; 2. 300 мл воды; 3. 15−20 штучек соцветий гвоздики, так написано практически во всех рецептах, что я просматривал, по мне этого очень много, поэтому ограничимся наименьшим количеством – 3 – 5 б штук; 4. 1 чайная ложка аниса; 5. Палочка корицы; 6. 4 коробочки кардамона; 7. 10 штук душистого перца; 8. Цедра одного апельсина; 9. 150 - 200 гр сахара. Измельченные специи закладываем в емкость для настаивания, заливаем спиртом и убираем в теплое темное место. Напиток настаиваем 7-10 с периодическим встряхиванием. Фильтруем настойку любым удобным способом. Дальше нам необходимо приготовить сахарный сироп: в 300-ах мл воды растворяем сахар, подогреваем на медленном огне. Остывший сироп смешиваем с настоем и, для выравнивания вкуса, убираем ещё на недельку. Вот теперь можно и попробовать Бехеровку. Как нужно пить Бехеровку? За продолжительное существование этого алкогольного напитка появилось несколько способов его употребления. В чистом виде: Данный способ потребления рекомендует производитель, как наиболее приемлемый для этого алкогольного напитка. Бехеровка подается на стол в маленьких рюмках, температура должна быть в пределах 5 — 7 градусов. Употреблять напиток следует после приема пищи или поздним вечером. Закусывают Бехеровку кусочком апельсина, слегка посыпанного корицей, другие варианты закуски не рассматриваются. Если Бехеровку подать более теплой, то аромат будет значительно ярче, но при этом вкус станет более резким и изменит свои приятные ноты на более грубые. Бехеровка с пивом. Этот вариант употребления хорошо прижился в Словакии. Рюмку охлажденного напитка выпивают одним глотком, следом запивают светлым пивом. Травы Бехеровки в сочетании с хмелем и солодом дают неповторимый вкус и приятное послевкусие. Крепость Бехеровки Original 38 градусов, поэтому многие употребляют с другими напитками, сок, швепс. Идеальным вариантом для разбавления ликера служат яблочный, вишневый и смородиновый соки. Так же существует немалое количество коктейлей на основе Бехеровки, рецепты которых без труда можно найти в сети.

The bagatelle wasn’t discovered and published until 40 years after Beethoven’s death, so he certainly wasn’t around to tell tales of the woman who had inspired the composition. Scholars believe “Elise” must have been pretty close to Beethoven, but no one has been able to definitively prove who she really was. Over the years, however, two frontrunners have emerged: Therese Malfatti and Elisabeth Roeckel. Elisabeth Roeckel, known to her friends as Elise, was the younger sister of Joseph Roeckel, a singer who performed in Beethoven’s opera Fidelio. She wrote letters documenting her flirtatious relationship with the composer when she was younger, and remained close to him until his death in 1827. Roeckel visited Beethoven just a few days before he passed away, taking a lock of his hair and accepting a gift of one of his quills. The woman most people believe to be Elise, however, has long been Austrian singer and performer Therese Malfatti. It’s thought that Beethoven proposed to Malfatti around 1810, and she either rejected him outright or accepted and changed her mind shortly thereafter. If that’s the case, why would it be named “Für Elise” instead of “Für Therese”? The argument is that it was "Für Therese"—and somewhere over the years, the name was mistranslated. Another fact working in Malfatti’s favor: The original manuscript in Beethoven’s hand was found in her possessions after her death, apparently labeled “Für Therese.” It has since gone missing, resulting in a classical music mystery for the ages. Elise—whoever she is—isn’t the only mystery woman in Beethoven’s life. The subject of his “Immortal Beloved” letters has also been much debated over the years. This is the cocktail the one nazi must have used when he attacked Russia--what an idiot! I guess, if they light it on fire they can drink this little cocktail in the winter months on the battlefield? A blisteringly cold yet minty peppermint flavor with a cinnamon finish. The jagermeister doesn't bring any black licorice flavor like it does in other cocktail recipes. If you let it sit on your tongue for a bit you'll start getting a bit more jagermeister. But, overall, this is a bright and cold cocktail (flaming or not). No nazi's attacked russia in the making of this cocktail. If you want to light it on fire, do not dilute with water.
