Workout Plan to GAIN WEIGHT for Women

Please READ this box for more info. Best exercises to GAIN WEIGHT for skinny women. This workout plan is based on full body Compound Exercises. Compound exercises are those that involve more than one joint and muscle group. They are more efficient and effective for muscle growth. Method: 10 exercises, 4 sets per exercises, 45 -- 60 seconds of rest in between sets. Set 1 - Choose weight that will be manageable for 12 reps. Set 2 - Increase the weight slightly to which you can only accomplish 10 reps. Set 3 - Increase the weight even more to which you can only accomplish 8 reps. Set 4 - For the final set, lift even heavier weight to reach failure at 6 reps. Workout Schedule: Only 3 - 4 times weekly on alternate days. *It is important to know that it is NOT in the gym you achieve growth, it is when you rest and recover. Hence, a full workout day should be followed by a rest day to assure full recovery and growth. Workout Duration: No more than 60 minutes per session. Progression: Perform these exercises for 4 - 6 weeks. As you progress, lift even heavier weights and increase to 5 or 6 sets per exercise. Stick with it, stay focused and I trust you will start to see changes in your body. EAT A LOT, REST, WORKOUT and you will GROW. All the best! xx Please LIKE and SHARE this video. A typical street workout routine consists of: Athletics exercising - a system of exercises with various levels of exertion provided for health strengthening, development of strength and stamina, as well as, for shaping an athletic constitution. Athletics exercising is used to increase strength level, develop physical shape and for rehabilitation. Isometric exercises - a type of strength training whereby you hold a static position. Calisthenics (Kalestenos) – is a complex of many simple exercises which are performed using purely body weight. The aim of these exercises is to train muscularity strength and to evolve comprehensive fitness. Urban Calisthenics - a form of body weight exercise performed with no or little apparatus. Individuals and/or groups train and exercise in urban areas and spaces. Advanced Urban Calisthenics skills include Muscle Up's, Typewriter pull ups and both Front and Back Levers. Street workouts are usually performed outdoor or in specifically designed street workout parks. So I've been promising this video to you all for so long and I finally got it together! This is the routine that started it all! I repeated these same workouts for the first 6 months of my weight loss journey until getting my first "Big Gym" membership.. Obviously most (if not all) these moves were much harder than I may make them look. GOOD news is there's variations/modifications for pretty much everything I showed you in this video. My current workouts are a bit more intense with HIIT incorporated as I am still doing my best to get the rest of this extra baby weight off as well as lose a total of about 25-30 more lbs before getting my skin removed. Hi I'm Katie Davies — a jack of all sports. I’ve competed nationally as an athlete for many years as a professional gymnast, ironman triathlete and sprint swimmer. I hold a black belt in kick boxing and I recently qualified for the national power lifting championships after coming 2nd in my weight category in the regionals. I also run marathons, team obstacle challenges, and Ironman triathlons. I am constantly seeking new challenges to keep things fresh. I love learning a new sport from scratch, getting good at it, and then competing and winning medals before moving onto the next. I eat, sleep and breathe training. It’s my meditation. It grounds and focuses me. My days are spent training clients, training myself, writing articles, creating programs and expanding my platform, always educating clients and promoting a healthy lifestyle via my social media along the way. I currently train clients in Tulum, Mexico at the Tulum Jungle Gym and run a number of classes there for both men and women, including my own signature Booty Boot Camp class every Thursday morning at 9.30am I enjoy meeting new people, traveling around the world training, working with clients one-on-one, in groups and at fitness retreats locally and around the world! I love working out and working with clients to make their sessions fun and unique so that they can enjoy training as much as I do. My life is all about training and motivating others to do the same. I love challenging both myself and my clients to be the best that they can be, to push themselves and to really see what they are capable of both mentally and physically. I also provide online training programs for clients that are not able to train with me face to face at the gym. Each program is custom designed to enable you to reach your body and health goals. Programs are tailored to suit your needs, time availability, equipment access and nutritional requirements. My programs and training sessions get results if you put the hard work in. Sessions are always challenging but fun and at the same time clients walk away covered in sweat but also with a massive smile on their face and an ever bigger sense of achievement.
