Can I trademark the same brand for different products or services? | Trademark Factory® FAQ

02:30
Can I trademark the same brand for different products or services? Secure Your Brand with Trademark Factory® Risk-Free, Guaranteed. https://www.trademarkfactory.com So can you have the same trademark as somebody else as long as you are providing completely different products and services from that other trademark? And the answer to that is yes because when you register a trademark, you don't get a monopoly over a word, phrase, or logo itself. What you are getting is a monopoly over is the mental link between that word, phrase, or logo and specific products and services that you offer. So the example I always use is McDonald's, they don't own the phrase I'm lovin' it. They only own the phrase I'm lovin' it in connection with restaurants. So if you are a funeral home or a gynecologist, you can not only safely use this phrase in your business, you can also probably trademark that phrase for your businesses. Obviously, I'm using this example as a joke, and maybe it's not the best business decision to use the phrase I'm lovin' it if you are a funeral home or a gynecologist, but that demonstrates the point. So as long as your products and services are completely different from the other registered trademarks you can safely use or even register that. ----------------------------------- Trademark Factory® resources: ★ Website: https://trademarkfactory.com ★ ☆ YouTube Channel: https://youtube.com/trademarkfactory.com ☆ ★ Facebook Page: https://facebook.com/thetrademarkfactory ★ ☆ Twitter: https://twitter.com/realTMfactory ☆ ★ Kick-Ass Brands Show: http://kickassbrandsshow.com ★ ☆ Kick-Ass Brands Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/kickassbrands ☆

16 FAMOUS LOGOS WITH A HIDDEN MEANING (That We Never Even Noticed)

06:33
How to design a successful logo? How to build a famous brand for your business? Some of the most well-known logos in the world were purposefully designed to indicate something much more than simple beauty. In fact, it seems that in some cases, every line, curve, and color has meaning behind it. Adidas, Apple, BMW, Coca-Cola, Toyota… We see these famous brands everywhere but never consider what their logos exactly mean. Curious to know the secret? Watch the 16 famous logos with a hidden meaning you've never noticed. #logomeaning #logosecret # Hyundai 0:33 The letter ’Н’ symbolizes two people – a client and a representative of the company – shaking hands. Adidas 0:52 The current logo is three stripes at an angle which together form a triangle. This symbolizes a mountain, which in turn represents the challenges that all sportsmen have to overcome day after day. Apple 1:21 Rob Janoff, the designer who came up with the world-famous Apple company logo, explained his idea in one of his interviews. He bought a bag of apples, placed them in a bowl, and spent time drawing them for a week, trying to break the image down into something simple. Vaio 1:58 The first two letters of the Vaio logo symbolize an analogue wave. The last two are similar to the numbers 1 and 0 — that is, symbols of a digital signal. Amazon 2:14 The orange arrow is similar to a smile because the company wants its customers to be satisfied. The arrow is also stretched between the letters ’A’ and ’Z’, in a hint that the company sells absolutely every product you can imagine. Baskin Robbins 2:40 The pink-colored parts of the "BR" section make up the number 31, which is how many ice cream flavors Baskin Robbins used to famously sell. Toyota 2:56 The logo represents a stylized image of a needle eye with a thread passing through it. This is a hint at the company’s past – they used to produce weaving machines. Continental 3:28 Continental, a famous car tire producer, has a logo in which the first two letters depict a car wheel. Formula 1 3:41 If you look carefully at the white space between the letter ’F’ and the red stripes, you can see the number 1. Pinterest 3:59 On Pinterest, people collect images they like from across the Internet and ’pin’ them to their online boards. That’s why the image of a pin is hidden in the letter P. Beats 4:17 Beats, an audio equipment producer based in the USA, uses a logo in which the letter ’B’ looks like headphones on a person’s head. Toblerone 4:32 The famous chocolate company based in Bern, Switzerland, has a silhouette of a bear in its logo. That's because Bern is sometimes called a city of bears. BMW 4:55 The logo is simply a part of the Bavarian flag, the area of Germany where the company originated. LG 5:18 The logo is a stylized image of a person’s face. According to the company, this represents its aspiration to have human relations with their customers. Evernote 5:34 The corner of the elephant’s ear is folded over in a similar way how people fold the corner of a page to make notes. Coca-Cola 5:57 In the space between the letters ’O’ and ’L’, you can see the Danish flag. It’s purely a coincidence. Nevertheless, Coca-Cola has used this as part of its marketing campaigns in the Scandinavian country. If you’ve enjoyed this video, hit that thumbs up button! Does Amazon Allow Duplicate Listings On The Very Same Products? - TAS 142 - The Amazing Seller

05:51
I THINK ONE OF MY COMPETITORS IS DOING SOMETHING AGAINST THE AMAZON TERMS OF SERVICE. WHEN IS IT OK TO REPORT THEM? It’s not supposed to happen but sometimes Amazon sellers do things against the rule to try to game the system and gain an advantage. If your competition is doing that, it can cost you some revenue at times, depending on what it is they’re doing. This listener thinks his competition is listing the exact same product with the exact same UPC multiple times. He’s curious if it’s OK for him to report this seller, or if he should. On this episode you’re going to hear Scott’s candid reply based on his own ethics and experience. It should serve to guide you in your decisions of this nature. DO YOU HAVE AN AMAZON OR ONLINE SALES RELATED QUESTION YOU’D LIKE TO ASK? If you’re trying to build a business that sells products online, don’t reinvent the wheel or spend way too much time researching an issue on your own. Take advantage of the Friday episodes of The Amazing Seller – the Ask Scott sessions. Scott Voelker is ready to answer your questions about Amazon sales, private label, online marketing, and much more. No, you can’t drink your way to success by bringing your own beer! BYOB means to Be Your Own Believer. You’ve got to be the biggest advocate of your dreams and goals for success. You can’t expect others to cheer you on along the way, take charge of your own motivation! Although it’s not exactly clear in English anyways, what company this is, this would be great for an electronics company! 11. Constructable Cards This card for the editor in chief and publisher of intersection cars magazine, came up with cool constructable design of a 1969 Nissan Skyline. You might actually forget that it’s a business card and not a cool model car. His information is all labelled on the bottom of the car. 10. The Balloon Card Although it may be difficult to see the information of the doctor on this balloon now, wait until it’s all blowed up! Most people would want a little more fun of a design at a birthday party or something, but if they’re free, hey, might as well take them! 9. Catchy Business cards will have even more of an effect if they can’t make someone laugh. Don’t worry people. This photographer is allowed to shoot people, with his camera that is. 8. Ticket Cards What cooler design for business card than a concert ticket? Apparently this guy had the same name a rock band from the 1960’s but had enough sense of humor about it, to make it into a business card. Way to go Steve Miller! 7. The Film Card While many of us have switched to digital photos, there are some out there who love to use film because it’s more authentic, and traditional too. This is a kodak business card and is sure to bring in some customers. 6. Circumcision Card Guy, still thinking about getting a little trimmed off the top or know a person who does? Perfect! Hand them one of these but be a little extra careful when you’re tearing them off. 5. Cargo Card This business card allows you to fold it in the shape of a box just in case you're packing up to move. The contents might be extra fragile so pay attention! You’ll never know when this will come in handy. Once you’re done with using it as a box, unfolding it and keep it in your wallet. 4. Fine Cheese Card This business card here not only looks like a piece of swiss cheese but actually feels like one! It’s made a waxy, smooth coat and actually feels like you have a sample of their product! You’ll certainly never forget what this company specializes in. 3. Cat Card Ever wish your boss would let yo u celebrate, “bring your cat to work day”. Which is actually celebrated on July 1st in case you were wondering. This cat here just drank from the coffee mug and is ready to get to typing! 2. The I-Card This intriguing card design can be transformed into an apple computer monitor but not a real one because it’s made of paper. The apple store for this location will certainly get a lot of calls, no problem. 1.The Piercing Card This extreme card is used for a piercing parlor and it allows you to pierce the guy’s nose in the photo! All you need is a sharp pencil and this dude will have a sick body mod.

Same Company, Brand New Name

02:01
“It was almost like we shut down one company and we started a brand-new one.” says Nancy Bogart, Founder and CEO of Jordan Essentials. “That - 2007, rolling into the recession and everything else, it was the most difficult time of my entire life, business-wise.” Bogart says misconceptions about the company’s original name — Country Bunny Bath and Body and the desire to expand beyond the midwest prompted the change. While renaming has helped the company’s growth, Bogart says in hindsight, she would opt for a soft transition into the new identity. Think about the reason you want to change.

Two Companies using the Same Trademark | QOTD

03:24
Question of the Day: A company recently trademarked a fairly common phrase that I’ve seen hundreds of brands use. Their registered trademark is for clothing. I use the same phrase on a completely different type of product. Can they come after me? It’s possible for multiple companies to use the same trademark as long as they are not in competition with each other and consumers aren’t confused. That’s why we can have Delta Airlines and Delta Faucet. A common phrase can be used as a trademark. Paris Hilton sells several products using the trademark “That’s Hot.” If legal questions were easy, we wouldn’t need lawyers. Can you copyright and trademark a phrase: http://bit.ly/2r6lRtV. Fasthosts: Free .uk with Business Hosting: http://robcubbon.com/go/fasthosts Vidahost: http://robcubbon.com/go/vidahost Change NameServers and the domain name registrar -- in this case Fasthosts in the UK. http://robcubbon.com/go/fasthosts You will receive the NameServers from your host when you sign up. In this case I'm using Vidahost in the UK http://robcubbon.com/go/vidahost their NameServers are: ns1 dot vidahost dot com ns2 dot vidahost dot com ns3 dot vidahost dot com All NameServers look like this. Then you go into WebHost Manager to create the account for your new site. So you enter the domain name and make up a username and password. That's it -- setup WordPress and start creating a new site! Next to redirect other sites to it. I give 2 options: 1. Create a new site in the same way and redirect it to the target site. 2. Add a Parked Domain in the cPanel of the target site. Happy webmastering!

Why Do So Many People Have the Same Last Name?

Some people don’t believe me when I tell them that’s really my last name. Apparently it’s really rare. Only 422 other people living in the United States share my last name. Only 3,661 other people living in the entire world share my last name. According to the website Forebears, not four bears, Forebears, Beat is the 111,426th most popular surname in the world. It’s most popular in Cameroon, believe it or not. By the way, surname, aka “family name” is a much more accurate way to describe it. A surname is basically the name passed down from generation to generation. It’s inaccurate to call it a “last name” everywhere because in many countries the surname is said first. So why is my surname so rare? Hold up, the better question is why so many many people have the SAME last name. There are so many names to choose from, yet we have so many Johnsons. (I’m telling you, he should just change his surname to The Rock). Let’s look at Smith, the most popular last name in the United States. Here’s my friend Kevin Smith. No, not THAT Kevin Smith. No, not THAT Kevin Smith. No no no. Not that one! Yes, that Kevin Smith. Geez. So yeah, my friend’s name is so common that are 23 Kevin Smiths currently classified as “notable people” on Wikipedia. Odds are, there’s a Kevin Smith in the town you currently live in. Why is my friend’s name so common? First of all, Kevin was the 24th most popular boys name the year he was born, so that increased the number out there. But this video is about surnames. Smith is so common because many surnames came from what people did for a living. Smith is an occupational name, named after working with metal, and because metal work jobs historically have existed a lot of places and because the occupation has historically been so important, the name spread. Ok, so that explains Smith, but what about Li or Gonzalez or Zhang or Nguyen or Hernandez? Huh Mr. Smarty Pants? Oops, wrong surname. I mean, huh Mr. Beat? Well let’s take Nguyen. Between 30 to 40 percent of the entire country of Vietnam have the last name Nguyen. To put that in perspective, less than 1 percent of Americans have the last name Smith. Why Nguyen? Well, for generations, Vietnam was just minding its own business, when China decides to be all imperialistic on them and take over. At the time of the beginning of Chinese imperialism, the Vietnamese did not have surnames. China literally gave them surnames so that it would be easier to keep track of them. They gave many of them Nguyen, a Chinese name. You saw this with other imperialist powers around the world. That’s why most Filipinos have Spanish names, for example. This can even be extended to slavery. Many African Americans have surnames from the owners of their slave ancestors. Well that’s pretty messed up. Geez. In some cases, people changed their surnames so they wouldn’t get killed. In other cases, people changed their surname, because they weren’t particularly attached to the old one so they took the one of someone they admired. This also explains why there are so many Nguyens. Still, I feel like there is some important information missing here.

Founded in 1903 in Connecticut on the strength of founder Carl F. Siemon's hardened plastic compounds and pioneering telecommunications technologies, the company has reached new heights through its ongoing product innovation and commitment to delivering superior service. And when many network connectivity providers have transitioned to overseas manufacturing operations and have merged with other companies under new names, Siemon has kept its name and the roots of its manufacturing excellence right here at home for well over a century. Located in Watertown, Connecticut, Siemon's Global Manufacturing Headquarters was among the first manufacturers of its kind to achieve ISO:9001 and ISO:14001 certification, underscoring the company's commitment to product quality and environmental stewardship. The U.S. facility's advanced metal stamping, tooling, injection molding and sheet metal forming capabilities create the components that feed its highly-automated assembly operation. 5 Fashion Designer Tips - How to Make Money Part 2 (Fashion Start Up Advice) - Emile Vidal Carr

07:54
Trademark: It’s incredibly important to protect your brand name legally. Trademarking is the only way to protect your brand name so that another company cannot use that same arrangement of letters and logo. It costs £200 and lasts 10 years. The application process takes up to 6 months to give existing companies the chance to appeal your application. For those of you selling garments, you want to specifically register your trademark underclass 25 which is clothing, head gear and footwear. Register your trademark here: https://www.gov.uk/topic/intellectual-property/trade-marks Brand values: Your values are meant to be the skeleton from which your whole brand is built around. The designs, social media voice, imagery, website, the experience and your brand merchandise should show signs of your brand values and this will ensure brand consistency in the long term. For great tips on branding, visit: https://blandtobrand.co.uk/ What is the Unique Selling Point/Emotional Selling Point? There are millions of other brands out there. Why should the consumer come to you? In order to captivate people, your response to this answer must be a succinct one sentence answer. Also, it has to be true. Customers are savvy and you don't want to get caught out on a lie. My USP is that I communicate to the customer that 'there is as much engineering in one of my garments as a smart phone'. I believe that parts of high street fashion fashion demoted the consumer perception of garment production, so my USP is to put the value back into it and communicate the level of work that goes into it. Which brands are you adjacent to? This is an especially important question if your looking to pitch your range to wholesale buyers. If you manage to get a meeting with a head buyer, firstly you should’ve done enough research to identify at least 3 brands that they are currently stocking that they can position your brand next to on the shop floor so that you can make sales. I know as designers, we exist to create something that no one else has done and that’s great for your own website and dealing direct to the consumer, but in the wholesale market you ideally need to play it a bit safe in the early days and once entourage brand has a reputation, a few seasons down the line, then you can introduce more off the cuff pieces. Pricing structure: Regardless of whether you are selling direct to consumer or via a retailer, normal rules apply. This means that your product cost price shouldn’t really exceed more than 20% of your retail price. Your wholesale price should be around 33% of your retail price as a retail will triple your wholesale price to achieve their target retail price. Whether your product is selling in a store/boutique or via your own website, the same product should be the exact same price as customers are savvy and are on the look out for these kind of things. Range plan: Only once you have determined your niche, split up your collection under the following categories. Concept, signature and basic. Aim for 20% of your collection to be conceptual, this stuff that’s got the wow factor that will make people think who’s that designer. 30% of you collection can be signature, this is more premium/commercial but people can immediately identify that it’s from your collection. The basic side is meant to make up 50% of your range and is made up of cheap to produce, quick to sell items. This sector will pay your bills For more information on my brand, click on our website: https://www.emilevidalcarr.com ***Follow Me*** facebook: https://en-gb.facebook.com/emilevidal... twitter. https://twitter.com/emilevidalcarr instagram: https://www.instagram.com/emilevidalc... linkedin: https://uk.linkedin.com/in/emile-vida... 9 WORST Company Failures!

11:04
Dumbest ways companies have failed to predict the future or made decisions that bankrupted them! Whatever happened to Blockbuster and Borders? Find out on this countdown of epic business blunders! #9. “Kodak”- The Eastman Kodak Company was founded in 1888 and was the most successful company in the photography industry during the 20th Century. They were the leaders in bringing the cutting edge of photographic technology and easy to use cameras to the hands of consumers throughout the world. But Kodak almost met its demise at the hands of a product that it actually invented: digital photography. Kodak invented this technology in 1975, but failed to jump on the innovation, believing that common applications for it were well into the future. Early on, the company thought that the high cost and complexity that would be needed to make a push into the digital front weren’t in Kodak’s best interests. So, Kodak put digital photography to the side to be picked back up when the time was financially advantageous, but they waited too long. By the time they switched gears, they faced competitors who had been perfecting their business models with digital photography at the center, whereas Kodak’s model was still dependent on printed photos. While other companies made deals with websites, phone companies and focused on online based imaging, Kodak floundered and in 2012 filed for Bankruptcy. They have since come back from bankruptcy and started specializing in producing smartphones and tablets. #8. “Pan American”- From 1927 until 1991, Pan Am was the largest airline company in the United States, but due to bad foresight, callous labor practices and an uncontrollable disaster this global giant quickly met its end. The company basically had a monopoly on overseas travel until World War II but was dealt its first major blow when other strong airline companies began to up their game. Pan Am fought off the competitors with its innovations such as jumbo jets and an advanced system for making reservations but these innovations couldn’t match the corporate aptitude and human relations that the other airlines dealt with more astutely. One of the main reasons for Pan Am’s failure was ironically due to its early successes. Because of the sheer size of its fleet, it was the company hit the hardest by the 1973 oil crisis. Just before the crisis, Pan Am had just purchased a number of brand new gas-guzzling Boeing 747s and was forced to dramatically raise ticket prices to recuperate. As it was trying to recover from this setback it had also become a target of terrorism in the Middle East. To the terrorists Pan Am was a symbol of the United States overseas because it was the largest U.S. airline servicing the area. During the Gulf War, in the midst of financial hardships and battles with labor unions, Pan American 103 on a transatlantic flight from Frankfurt, Germany to Detroit was blown up by Libyan nationals above the Scottish town of Lockerbie. The incident scared even more customers away from flying Pan Am and many travel agents would no longer book flights on their planes. All of these events and poor managing of them led Pan American International Airways to declare bankruptcy and completely fold in 1991. #7. “Borders”- Tom and Louis Borders opened their first bookstore in 1971. Their vast selection of books and innovative inventory system turned them into the second biggest chain of book megastores. Due to years of miscalculating the future of book consumption, the bookstore all but vanished in 2011. It all started in the mid 90s when Amazon and other online stores hit the scene. Instead of developing their own website and focusing on online sales, the company decided to further their storefront endeavors and expanded into Europe and Asia opening hundreds of stores. Their competitor Barnes and Noble, did the opposite by preparing for the digital age, perfecting their online sales system and focusing on their storefront operations in the United States. When Borders did start to catch on to the online market they were already far behind and decided to use Amazon as a host for such sales. Because of this, as more and more sales were made online, instead of receiving 100% of the profit they had to share with Amazon. Borders also was caught in the past by devoting lots of money and inventory towards DVDs and CDs at a time when digital music and video was on the rise. While Barnes and Noble developed it’s own e-reader to grab paperless book market by the horns, Borders was extremely slow to adapt to the change. All of these factors came to a boiling point in 2006 when, after several years of losing millions of dollars Borders filed for bankruptcy. By 2011, Borders realized there was no way out and closed most of its remaining stores. The only stores remaining are in southeast asia where it remain Borders in name only, as they were sold to a company named Popular Holdings.

Red Bull is an energy drink sold by Austrian company Red Bull GmbH, created in 1987. Red Bull has the highest market share of any energy drink in the world. Austrian entrepreneur Dietrich Mateschitz was inspired by an existing energy drink named Krating Daeng, which was first introduced and sold in Thailand by Chaleo Yoovidhya. He took this idea, modified the ingredients to suit the tastes of Westerners, and, in partnership with Chaleo, founded Red Bull GmbH in 1987 in Chakkapong, Thailand. In Thai, daeng means red, and krating is the large bovine called "gaur". The Red Bull company slogan was "Red Bull gives you wings", prior to a class action lawsuit related to the benefits of the drink in 2014. The product is marketed through advertising, events (Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series, Red Bull Air Race, Red Bull Crashed Ice), sports team ownerships (Flying Bulls [actually owned by Dietrich Mateschitz], RB Leipzig, FC Red Bull Salzburg, Red Bull Brasil, New York Red Bulls, Red Bull Racing, Scuderia Toro Rosso), celebrity endorsements, and music, through its record label Red Bull Records.

Trying a Size 12 at 12 Different Stores!

18:45
Is a size 12 at 12 stores the same? Sizes in different brands can be so different, so this size 12 girl tries on 12 pairs of jeans to see what are the best jeans for curvy girls. Going shopping and trying a size 12 at 12 different stores on my curvy, mid size body was interesting! What did you think of this inside the dressing room try on? ❤ OPEN ME! Hey curvy babes! Welcome back to another inside the dressing room try on, but this ones a little different! Trying on different sizes at different stores can be frustrating, and my curvy body can be hard do dress and hard to figure out what size I actually am. So I went to 12 popular stores and tried on a size 12 pair of jeans to compare sizing. I have an in between size body where I'm not quite plus size, but a lot of standard size clothes don't fit my body right. ❤ I HAVE MERCH! Is advertising inefficient? - The Movie Host vs Advertising

07:15
Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/theinvisiblefootofgovernment bitcoin wallet: 1A6oNTWReRy2reBwaHPLJ8147XTU2vGikm We thank you for all of your support so so much :) This video is a continuation of our video about Asymmetric Information. One really cool solution to Asymmetric Information market failure are Brands! A lot of the information in this video is from Thomas Sowell's book "Basic Economics". I copy-pasted the relevant bits below Watch, like, subscribe and tell us your opinion in the comments! From Thomas Sowell's book "Basic Economics": When the processed food industry first began in nineteenth century America, it was common for producers to adulterate food items with less expensive fillers. Horseradish, for example, was often sold in colored bottles, to conceal the adulteration. But when Henry J. Heinz began selling unadulterated horseradish in clear bottles,{ 281} this gave him a decisive advantage over his competitors, who fell by the wayside while the Heinz company went on to become one of the enduring giants of American industry, still in business in the twenty-first century and highly successful. When the H.J. Heinz company was sold in 2013, the price was $ 23 billion.{ Brands have not always existed. They came into existence and then survived and spread for a reason. In eighteenth century England, for example, only a few luxury goods, such as Chippendale furniture, were known by their manufacturer’s brand name. It was an innovation when Josiah Wedgwood put his name on chinaware that he sold and which ultimately became world famous for its quality and appearance.{ 949} In the United States, brand names began to flourish around the time of the Civil War. In nineteenth century America, most food processors did not put brand names on the food that they sold—a situation which allowed adulteration of food to flourish. When Henry Heinz entered this business and sold unadulterated processed food, he identified his products with his name, reaping the benefits of the reputation he established among consumers, which allowed his company to expand rapidly, and an array of new processed foods bearing his name to be readily accepted by the public from the outset.{ 950} In short, the rise of brands promoted better quality by allowing consumers to distinguish and choose, and by forcing producers to take responsibility for what they made, reaping rewards when it was good and losing customers when it was not. As The Economist reported: "In the old Soviet Union, where all products were supposed to be the same, consumers learnt how to read barcodes as substitutes for brands in order to identify goods that came from reliable factories." In effect, Soviet consumers created brands de facto for their own benefit, where none existed, indicating that brands have value to consumers as well as producers. Narration --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The movie Host vs Advertising Host is actually more of a love story in a sci-fi setting than a serious sci-fi movie. That’s probably why they used a pre-packaged, out-of-the-box, one-size-fits-all futuristic we-have-solved-all-your-problems-cause-we’re-so-ancient-and-advanced, star-trek-esk perfect society, for the society the aliens establish on earth. Why do they need human bodies as hosts? Ehh whatever … That society lives in perfect harmony, has gotten rid of pesky things like money and therefore has no need for advertising. Paradise, right? No more billboards. No TV ads. So lets look at the economics of this. What is advertising? Advertising of course is an evil thing that big corporations do to force you to buy their products at a much higher price than they’re actually worth, by brainwashing you to think their product is somehow special. Consumers are completely defenseless and have no chance to resist it. Well, we of course are an exception ourselves because we’re smart and educated, but stupid people, namely the people who buy those products, are obviously helpless and incapable of resisting the brainwashing. Occasionally we buy those products too, but only well, if we had no other choice, because it was kinda convenient and we didn’t have time to go to the non-mainstream-eco-fair-trade-organic-no-brand-bring-your-own-shopping-tote-zero-carbon-footprint-locally-sourced-recycle-everything store, that doesn’t mean that we’re stupid or brainwashed, only those other people are who actually think those products are good. So in conclusion, advertising is pure evil … and a waste of resources. Let's be like that wise futuristic alien society … that needs human bodies as host. Ok no … to understand advertising we need to first start with asymmetric information … so watch our video about asymmetric information before you watch the rest of this video! Then … let me tell you a story:

Mumshandmade - Under The Same Sun

02:49
Collection : https://www.mumshandmade.com/en/products.php?type=22 100% Handmade Swimwear 100% Handmade Crochet 100% High Quality Cotton Stretch NOTICE: We hand-knit this product by order and we usually need 2 to 5 business days for knitting. About Mum's family Mumshandmade is a small family business born in Thessaloniki, Greece during the winter of 2013. The idea of starting Mumshandmade came out of the blue when watching our mothers knitting beanies and cardigans during winter time - hence the name. Staying true to these roots, all our products are 100% handmade by the most kickass Greek moms, who love to knit. Choosing the authentic Mumshandmade knits, you actually help our local knitters who sustain themselves and families. We offer a “made to order” service as most of our brand’s crafts are 100% made by hands. Hand-knitting is a slow process compared to machine knitting, so we usually need few days to complete one knitted or crocheted piece. We always do our best to minimize the wait as much as possible. However, completion dates are based on order volume and will likely fluctuate depending on the number of orders coming in. We believe handmade crafts have a touch of magic in them as they are rooted in tradition, and no two are ever truly identical. Mumshandmade ensures reliable timeless pieces heart-made by high quality yarns, unique statement designs and the most fashionable colors. Loving what we do and hard working helped us to expand Mumshandmade to a highly-coveted, valuable, fashion-blogger approved designer brand. Thanks to your love and support, Mumshandmade is now one of the most popular knitwear brands worldwide. We are proud and glad to keep you warm and stylish wherever you live or wish to travel. Knitting 24/7, we ensure you can get the "jaws drop" winter street-styles, wearing our oversized, chunky knits and be a real-life mermaid on our dreamy crochet swimwear, during summertime.

It also covers the fundamentals of what Apple did from its formation in 1978 to 1985 and picked up again when Steve Jobs returned in 1997. These are the fundamentals as to why Apple is now the most valuable company in the world. Upon completion of this course you can apply the same principles for your company and your product(s). Anyone with responsibilities for product and/or service success will benefit from this course. The course includes two bonus features not found anywhere else: First, if you make a commitment to finish the course and its exercises by any date of your choosing, I will review your plan and give you feedback. Such an effort will enable you to create your plan and help refine it based upon my experience. I say any date of your choosing to help motivate you to "get it done" but at your own pace. Second, if you do a good job by clearly demonstrating in your plan that you know how to pull the plan together. Which is, by the way, the purpose of this course, for you to learn not only what should be done but how to do it. I will give you a personal recommendation that you can use to help get a job or for any other purpose like posting on your Linkedin profile.
