In the 12th century B.C., after centuries of brilliance, the civilized and globalized world of the Bronze Age came to an abrupt and cataclysmic end. Kingdoms fell like dominoes over the course of just a few decades. No more Minoans or Mycenaeans. No more Trojans, Hittites, or Babylonians. The thriving economies and cultures of the late second millennium B.C., which had stretched from Greece to Egypt and Mesopotamia, suddenly ceased to exist, along with writing systems, technology, and monumental architecture. Could it happen again?

“A group of Sea People bore the name of ‘Dan.’ The Bible tells how a segment of the seafaring (Judges 5:17) Danites [were part of] the tribal system of ancient Israel...The Danites were widespread. Cyprus was called Ia-Dnan ‘The Island of Dan(an).’ The same people were called Danuna, and under this name they appear as rulers of the Plain of Adana in Cilicia. Greek tradition has their eponymous ancestor, Danaos (Dan), migrating from the Nile delta to Greece...” (p. 108).
Whether it was their original intention or not, the Danaan sailed their ships north to the secluded bay of Argos in the Greek Peloponnesus. The Encyclopedia Judaica (5:1257) quotes a leading Israeli archaeologist, Y. Yadin, who states, “...there is a close relationship between the tribe of Dan and the tribe of Danaoi whose members were clearly seafarers.” This encyclopedia also tells us, “the name Dan should be regarded as a short form of Dan(ann)iel or the like” (5:1255). Again the connection with the Greek Danaan is unmistakable.

No one bothers to read the Bible these days even though it is the only perfectly accurate history book there is: https://guidetothebible.files.wordpress.com/2015/10/guidechronologylatest2.pdf
We can fairly well dismiss your biblical "evidence" on the grounds that most such "evidence" turns out to be random connections made by christians based upon their own wishful thinking. Your bible (actually "bibles" since you guys can't seem to decide on one) is (are) fiction(s).

why were the sea peoples migrating? could it be due to the fall out of the Minoan eruption? famine war? if some of the sea peoples came from illiterate society while others might have used Liner B and A and luwian cuneiform how did they form a coalition? what was the logistics of organizing it? and if they spanned from 1350 BC till 1100 BC in written records what sort of political moves are going on in between? treaties? trade? I know more tribes join the sea peoples over time but what drove them to? Could the Minoan eruption which was 5x more powerful than the Krakatoa eruption. The Minoan Thera eruption was so much larger than the Mt Vesuvius. While Vesuvius ejected 1km^3 Thera ejected 100km^3 it was classified as a Mega colossal. it damn near whipped out the Minoans and created a volcanic winter that effected china. So I believe after the eruption about 1600 BC it crippled the Minoans and then it resulted in famine and migration of peoples and collapse of trading routes and economic collapse forcing people to migrate and start piracy. Roman historian even Plutarch spoke of the horned helmeted pirates of Sardinia attacking Crete where the Minoans lived, where the sea peoples also were known to have been the Sardinias also have tons of bronze statues with horned helmets and a distinct sword. they found the same helmets and swords that the sea peoples were depicted having l.
Climate cange with poor harvests in northern europe could be the reason for the crisis, there is evidence for this and that big battles took place (tollense) in north-alpine europe at that time.Even if just a small part of elite warriors from the core of europe paid the southerners a visit with their bronze swords this may have been enough to show these southerners whos boss and that their chariot warfare is outdated if they want to keep their little thiefdoms. Of course the europeans would have joined up with peoples who knew how to sail and recruited local auxillaries.
One of the reasons why this explanation isn't widely accepted anymore is that the Minoan eruption took place 300 years before the arrival of the Sea Peoples, as you said. Also, vulcanic eruptions or earthquakes alone usually aren't enough to ruin a civilization, unless they coincide with other problems like war and diseases. So the premise of Eric Cline is that it's a complicated combination of factors, not just one cause.
one of the 12 tribes named the sherden were the nuragic civilization from Sardinia, they did not have any writing system but lived in a proto feudalism type society, they were known to be pirates and mercenary with horned helmets and very distinctive swords. they sherden were named in many inscriptions spaning 200 years and depictions of them with the same swords and helmets of sardina. i believe to the sea peoples the bronze age collapse already happend for them they just movin wit the waves moving eastward. eventually being able to settle in the Levant egypt and Libya
That's very interesting. So what do you think of the theory that, perhaps at the same time or even in some sort of collaboration, tribes from the Balkan region descended into Greece? If I'm not mistaken, professor Kagan argues that the myth of superhero Heracles had something to do with that. The question is: where did the use of iron swords, instead of bronze, originate? The Balkan? Britain? The problem is that iron, like wood or paper, gets recycled and vanishes quickly, making it look like history is made of only stone.
I didn't hear about the theory that bronze takes a lot of burnt wood to make. A theory like "peak oil" (most oil is used up). The Mycenaeans probably had "peak wood", and the land began to desert (drought). It does explain why the iron age comes after the bronze age, with bronze having some qualities superior to iron..
"The only thing missing today is the sea peoples." We actually have those too. Europe is currently being overrun by Moslems and it is gradually destroying the native European culture. The US also has problematic immigrants from the south, most worryingly MS13 gang members.
Latin-American immigrants in the US are in no way comparable to some of the Muslims in Europe, known as Salafists, who follow a very dangerous, fascist ideology. All the US and Mexico have to do is decriminalize drugs, and problem solved. Unfortunately, this is not the case in Europe.
in fact Aryans were barbarian nomads who lived in southern russia and ukraine steppes that's all. They had escaped to Middle Asia due to devastating sea attacks from Anatolia. The attackers were called Sea peoples. Aryans were fired from their homeland by Sea peoples making brutal raids throughout the Danube, Don, Dnieper rivers and in the end, they settled in Afghanistan, India, Iran like German tribes were defeated by Huns in the migration of tribes
Child marriages are common:
On a recent day, eight community elders sat in a [refugee] camp, some chewing khat, the narcotic leaf favored by most Yemeni men. Seven have married off their girls this year.
Even Salim, the elder who worked at the charity, is preparing to marry off his two daughters, ages 13 and 14. "I want to feel secure of their futures, if only for economic reasons," he said.
Mohammad Ali al-Ansi married off his two girls, ages 13 and 14, in April. "My heart is bleeding inside, but I was forced to do this," he said. "I have no job. Its difficult for me to feed my 10 children." He received $1,600 in dowry for each of his girls, he said. But after paying for their weddings and meeting other debts, the money has nearly run out. "If things get worse, theres no doubt Ill marry off my 12-year-old daughter," Ansi said.
More on Ansis 14-year-old daughter Fatma, married to 21-year-old Zaid:
Fatma spent her day cooking and washing clothes for her in-laws. When asked the name of her husbands family, Fatma didnt know it. She remembers her father telling her and her sister, Amal, that the family needed money. She remembers that Amal was in tears because her new husband was taking her to another region. The two sisters have not seen each other since their weddings.
"I am too young to be married," Fatma said. "I want to study. I want to learn how to write. I have sacrificed for my family," she continued, her voice dropping to a whisper.
Minutes later, her husband arrived at the tent, and Fatma went silent. He said Fatma was "at a good age to marry." When asked if she could attend school, he shook his head no. "Shes a little too old for school," he said.
Female sexual freedom among the Tuareg : Flora Drury has written up the sex habits of the Saharas Muslim Tuareg people based on the work by Henrietta Butler. Some excerpts:
Their men became known as the blue men of the Sahara because the dye from their distinctive indigo scarves rub off onto their faces giving them a mysterious air. The Tuareg evoke images of a long forgotten and romantic age.
